Health Policies
It is important for parents to follow the centres health policies at all times.Children should not attend if any of the following symptoms are present:
- Children with a communicable disease must be kept at home. Communicable diseases include: chicken pox, meningitis, pink eye, scarlet fever, rubella, impetigo, mumps, strep throat, roseola and whooping cough.
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Fever
- Severe earaches
- Lice
- Imflamed eyes or eye infection
- Overall well-being of child is not satisfactory or normal
Medication
Over the counter medicine and prescription medicine may be permitted if written consent is given by the parent. Medicine of any type will not be administered without the parent's permission.
